The data in your
request.

To process your request, we receive your name, email, TradingView username, selected indicator or pack, subscription period and message text. We use these to reply, arrange payment, and provide and support access.

Requests and the history of access granted are stored in a private owner dashboard on Cloudflare. Service emails are sent through Cloudflare; replies go to studentwyckoff@gmail.com. Customer data is not published in the catalogue.

To protect the form against repeated submissions, the request time and an anonymised verification fingerprint of the connection address are stored. The owner's sign-in uses a functional cookie. The selected shop language is also saved in this browser as a functional preference. Advertising trackers and automatic mailing-list subscriptions have not been added to this version of the shop.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, private wallet keys or bank card details through the form. The shop only needs your TradingView username, not access to your account.

To enquire about, correct or delete your data, write to studentwyckoff@gmail.com. Include the email used for your request or its reference number. The history of access already granted and payments is considered separately from a general enquiry.
